Der Sound von Django Reinhardt und dem Quintette du Hot Club de France! Im Geiste der legendären Pariser Brutstätte des Gipsy-Jazz bringt der Hot Club of Berlin die originalen Arrangements und Kompositionen von Django Reinhardt und seinen Weggefährten wie auch die Spielfreude und den “Vibe”.

Der Hot Club of Berlin wird von Francisco Batista & Thomas Dekas geleitet, stilistisch erfahrene Gitarristen, die schon mit den großen Namen der Gypsy-Jazz-Welt wie Mozes Rosenberg, Paulus Schäfer, Gonzalo Bergara, Sebastien Giniaux auf der Bühne standen. Begleitet werden sie dieses Mal von Martin Buhl, ebenfalls einer von Djangos, Schnuckenacks und Grappellis Erben.
Diese Konzertreihe findet einmal im Monat im Zig Zag statt und der Hot Club lädt verschiedene Künstler ein um dem Gipsy-Jazz Tribut zu zollen. Wie immer kommt dabei mit jedem Gast ein neuer musikalischer Leckerbissen auf den Tisch.

Dieses Mal ist es Max Eisinger!

Max Eisinger ist einer der gefragtesten und vielseitigsten Geiger seiner Generation in Deutschland. Geboren 1993 in München, lernte er im Alter von 5 Jahren Violine zu spielen und gab nur 6 Jahre später sein Debüt in der Philharmonie. Er studierte klassische Violine, Jazz und Komposition bei namhaften Musikern Nürnberg, Hannover, Warschau und Amsterdam. Mit seinem Feuerbach Quartett, sowie vielen weiteren Projekten (u.a. mit Stochelo Rosenberg, Diknu Schneeberger und Mulo Francel) spielt er Konzerte in ganz Europa und veröffentlicht zahlreiche Aufnahmen. In the spirit of the legendary Parisian hotbed of Gipsy Jazz, the Hot Club of Berlin brings the original arrangements and compositions of Django Reinhardt and his companions as well as the joy of playing and the "vibe".The Hot Club of Berlin is led by Francisco Batista & Thomas Dekas, stylistically experienced guitarists who have been on stage with the big names of the Gypsy Jazz world such as Mozes Rosenberg, Paulus Schäfer, Gonzalo Bergara, Sebastien Giniaux. This time they will be accompanied by Martin Buhl, also one of Django's, Schnuckenack's and Grappelli's heirs.This concert series takes place once a month at Zig Zag and the Hot Club invites different artists to pay tribute to Gipsy Jazz. As always, each guest brings a new musical delicacy to the table.

Max Eisinger is one his generation’s most sought-after and versatile violinist in Germany. Born 1993 in Munich, he started playing the violin at the age of 5. 6 years later, he gave his debut at the Philharmonie. Max studied classical violin, jazz and composition with famous musicians in Nuremberg, Hanover, Warsaw and Amsterdam. With his Feuerbach Quartett, as well as other bands including Stochelo Rosenberg, Diknu Schneeberger, and Mulo Francel, Max is touring all over Europe and published multiple recordings.
