Matthias Trippner hat ein eigenes Projekt entwickelt, das er „System Trippner“ nennt.
Dafür hat er das Schlagzeug in die Füße verlagert, wodurch er mit der linken Hand Bass (Hammond Orgel) und mit der rechten Keyboards spielen kann.
Wer Matthias‘ Spielweise kennt, darf sich auf besonders tighte und virtuose Grooves freuen.
Für diesen Abend komplementiert er das ‚System’ mit der umfassenden Expertise und dem internationalen KnowHow seiner langjährigen Wegbegleiter und Freunde

Diese erstklassige Besetzung ist ein Garant für einen fesselnden, rhythmischen, in jeder Hinsicht spannenden Abend. Der Sound des Quintetts ist eine Mischung aus virtuos- instrumentellem Groovejazz und Funk mit Latin-Einflüssen.
TILMANN DEHNHARD
performs around the world and gives workshops for Jazz, modern playing techniques and improvisation and teaches at the Jazz Institut Berlin (University of the Arts). He has performed and recorded with many artists including Sam Rivers, Steve Lacey, Evan Parker, Robbie Williams, Cindy Lauper and Till Brönner while also producing his own CDs. Tilmann Dehnhard composes for the theatre and film. His publications include “The New Flute” (NFA Award Winner 2014) and “Jazz Studies For Flute” (NFA Award Winner 2012), Universal Edition Vienna. He officially endorses Altus Flutes/Artis Music.
TINO DERADO
A graduate (BFA) of Berklee College of Music (Boston) and the New School (New York) Tino Derado lived over 13 years in New York and became a highly demanded pianist in the field of Jazz and Salsa.
In 2014 he accepted the call for professor at the university in Hannover.

He has been working with outstanding artists like Anthony Cox (Jazz), Family of Percussion (Peter Giger, Trilok Gurtu, Dom Um Romao, Burhan Öczal), Chaka KhAN, DJ Jan Delay, Hugo Strasser Orchester, Francoise Pujol (Jazz), Sextetto Major (Tango), Ismael Ivo (Modern Dance), Guem, Little Louis Vega/Masters At Work, Gilles Peterson, Mowax, Jazzanova.....
ROBBY GEERKEN
Searching for fresh ways to unite Jazz-vocabulary and Clave-concepts, Rob Geerken has been playing and recording with highly acclaimed musicians from both musical worlds and beyond, like Steve Swallow, Airto Moreira, Jose Luis Quintana 'Changuito', Flora Purim, Gregorio 'El Goyo' Hernandez, Hans Glawischnig, Alex Sipiagin, Tony Lakatosh and many others.
MATTHIAS TRIPPNER
studied drums and piano at University Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin.
International festivals, touring and recording with artists like RAD,
Gitte Haenning, Stefan Raab, Conexiao Berlin, Christoph Titz and many others.
He also composes and performs for theater and movie.
