Or Bareket wurde in Jerusalem als Sohn marokkanischer, irakischer, argentinischer und osteuropäischer Eltern geboren, wuchs in Buenos Aires und Tel Aviv auf und lebt seit 2011 in Brooklyn. Er ist einer der herausragendsten Bassisten seiner Generation sowie ein Komponist und Bandleader mit einem eklektischen, aber dennoch akribisch kohärenten Ansatz.

Als Gewinner des Jazz-Wettbewerbs der International Society of Bassists im Jahr 2011 sind Barekets ausgeprägte Lyrik, seine rhythmische Fingerfertigkeit und sein auf den Groove ausgerichteter Ansatz sowohl in seinem Spiel als auch in seinen Texten deutlich zu erkennen. Der dreisprachig aufgewachsene Bareket ist fasziniert davon, wie sich verschiedene Sprachen und Kulturen überschneiden und voneinander abweichen. Er hat mit Bands von Leon Parker, Joel Ross, Ari Hoenig, Etienne Charles, Sam Yahel, Camila Meza, Marquis Hill, Aaron Goldberg und Jean-Michel Pilc zusammengearbeitet, um nur einige zu nennen, und ist mit Künstlern wie Joshua Redman, Chris Potter, Hamilton de Holanda, Jeff Ballard, Billy Hart, Peter Bernstein, Shai Maestro und Sullivan Fortner in verschiedenen Konstellationen aufgetreten.

Barekets zweites Album, "33", wurde 2019 bei Enja Records veröffentlicht. Sein Debütalbum "OB1" wurde 2017 auf Fresh Sound Records veröffentlicht. Sein drittes Album als Leader soll im Frühjahr 2022 auf Enja Records erscheinen.

Morgan Guerin, der von der New York Times als "Wunderkind unter den Saxophonisten und Multiinstrumentalisten" bezeichnet wurde, wurde in eine musikalische Familie mit einer Pianistin als Mutter und einem Bassisten als Vater geboren. Später studierte er an der New School in Manhattan. Im Jahr 2016 bezeichnete die Huffington Post sein Debütalbum "The Saga" als eines der besten Jazz-Alben des Jahres. 2017 hob Stereogum sein zweites Album, "The Saga II", als eines der besten neuen Alben hervor. Er war auf dem preisgekrönten Album "Waiting Game" von Terri Lyne Carrington & Social Science zu hören. Außerdem war er Songwriter und Co-Produzent von Esperanza Spaldings 2019 mit einem Grammy ausgezeichnetem Album "12 Little Spells". Sein drittes Album, "The Saga III", wurde am 18. September 2020 veröffentlicht.

Der Pianist und Komponist Jeremy Corren ist in Los Angeles geboren und aufgewachsen. Im Jahr 2013 zog er nach New York, um die Columbia University zu besuchen, wo er Komposition und Orchestrierung bei den Komponisten Zosha Di Castri, Georg Friedrich Haas und George E. Savannah Harris ist eine in New York City lebende Schlagzeugerin, Komponistin und Produzentin. In der Januar-Ausgabe 2021 von Modern Drummer wurde sie zweimal vorgestellt, sowohl als Künstlerin als auch als Autorin. Im Oktober 2021 stellte sie ihr Solostück "With Inner Sound, Truth" vor, das von Issue Project Room als Hommage an die Komponistin Ruth Anderson in Auftrag gegeben wurde.

Born in Jerusalem to parents of Moroccan, Iraqi, Argentinian, and Eastern European descent, raised between Buenos-Aires and Tel-Aviv, and based out of Brooklyn since 2011, Or Bareket is one of the most prominent bassists of his generation, as well as a composer and bandleader with an eclectic yet meticulously cohesive approach.

Winner of the 2011 International Society of Bassists' jazz competition, Bareket's distinct lyricism, rhythmic dexterity, and groove-centric approach are clearly present in his playing and writing alike. Growing up tri-lingual, Bareket is fascinated by how different languages and cultures intersect and diverge. His creative process is an investigation of spaces between and within languages, synthesizing the different worlds he inhabits into one personal aesthetic that honors all of them: his ancestral North African and Latin-American folklores, his life-long study of Black American music, and his experiences making music with some of today's foremost artists across a wide range of musical generations and stylistic orientations; he’s worked with bands led by Leon Parker, Joel Ross, Ari Hoenig, Etienne Charles, Sam Yahel, Camila Meza, Marquis Hill, Aaron Goldberg, and Jean-Michel Pilc, to name a few, and has performed with the likes of Joshua Redman, Chris Potter, Hamilton de Holanda, Jeff Ballard, Billy Hart, Peter Bernstein, Shai Maestro and Sullivan Fortner in different settings.

Dubbed a “wunderkind saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist” by The New York Times, Guerin was born into a musical family with a pianist mother and bassist father. Later, he went on to study at The New School in Manhattan. In 2016, the Huffington Post named his debut album, “The Saga,” one of the best Jazz albums of the year. In 2017, Stereogum highlighted his sophomore album, “The Saga II,” as one of the best new albums. He was featured on Terri Lyne Carrington & Social Science’s award-winning album, “Waiting Game.” He was also a songwriter and co-producer of Esperanza Spalding’s 2019 Grammy-winning record, “12 Little Spells”. In 2019, Savannah was awarded the Harlem Stage Emerging Artist Award, and she received her master’s in jazz performance from Manhattan School of Music. She was featured twice in the January 2021 issue of Modern Drummer as both a featured artist and a contributing writer. In October of 2021, she debuted her solo piece “With Inner Sound, Truth” commissioned by Issue Project Room as a tribute to composer Ruth Anderson.

Pianist and composer Jeremy Corren was born and raised in Los Angeles. In 2013 he moved to New York to attend Columbia University, where he studied composition and orchestration with composers Zosha Di Castri, Georg Friedrich Haas, and George E. Lewis. Since then he has performed regularly at renowned venues throughout the city, such as the Blue Note, Smalls Jazz Club, and the Jazz Gallery, along with festival appearances at the Newport and Chicago Jazz Festivals. He has toured internationally, visiting the Blue Note establishments in Tokyo, Shanghai and Beijing, the Netherlands for the North Sea Jazz Festival, Italy for the Umbria Jazz Festival, and more.
