Leidenschaft und Temperament gehören zu den Markenzeichen der Jazz- & Soulsängerin Jacqueline Boulanger. Die in Berlin geborene Afro-Deutsche wohnt derzeit in Rostock und gilt als Die Jazzstimme des Nordens. Sie zelebriert modernen Mainstream Jazz, der durch die ideenreichen Arrangements ihres Ausnahme-Pianisten Tino Derado noch unterstrichen wird.
Das Repertoire besteht aus Kompositionen von George Gershwin bis Michel Legrand oder Quincy Jones und erinnert an große Interpretinnen wie Sarah Vaughen, Ella Fitzgerald, Natalie Cole, Nancy Wilson oder Carmen McRae.
Hinzu kommen brillante Musiker der internationalen Jazzszene, wie der aus Österreich stammende, mehrfach ausgezeichnete Kontrabassist Matthias Pichler und der Berliner Drummer Roland Schneider, ein filigraner Künstler an den Percussion-Instrumenten.

Passion and temperament are among the trademarks of jazz & soul singer Jacqueline Boulanger. The Berlin-born Afro-German currently lives in Rostock and is considered the jazz voice of the north. She celebrates modern mainstream jazz, which is underlined by the imaginative arrangements of her exceptional pianist Tino Derado.
Her repertoire consists of compositions from George Gershwin to Michel Legrand or Quincy Jones and commemorates great interpreters such as Sarah Vaughen, Ella Fitzgerald, Natalie Cole, Nancy Wilson or Carmen McRae.
They are joined by outstanding musicians from the international jazz scene, such as the Austrian-born, multi-award-winning double bassist Matthias Pichler and the Berlin-based drummer Roland Schneider, a master of percussion instruments.
